…I wonder? (question to yourself)
Ends a question that isn't really aimed at anyone — you're wondering, doubting, or thinking out loud: 누가 보나? 'who's even going to watch this?', 헤어져야 되나? 'should I break up, I wonder?'. It often hints that the speaker doubts the answer is yes. 어쩌나 is a fixed expression meaning 'oh no, what do I do'. Add 요 (되나요?) and it turns into a real, polite question directed at someone.
