Polite 'they say' about an action

The polite way to pass on something someone said about an action or a fact: they'll give you a refund, Melona is made with Korean melon, he said he'll come tomorrow morning, they say it's two hours forty. It marks the claim as second-hand, so you are reporting rather than vouching. It sits on present-tense action verbs; 대요 is the equivalent for descriptions and past forms, and dropping the 요 gives the casual ㄴ대.
