'Ah — so it does' realization
-는군 marks something the speaker has just worked out, said mostly to themselves: 경험에서 진리가 나오는군 'so truth really does come from experience', 말이 안 통하는군 'ah, we're not getting through to each other.' It sounds composed and a little bookish, and in these lines it is used without 요, which keeps it private; adding 요 (-는군요) makes it a remark to someone else.
Register: musing, bookish
