A colloquial pronunciation of 니까요, giving the reason for what was just said: because you would not know them anyway, because you will be hungry, because I will be back next month. Three of these lines are the stock phrase 그러니깐요, which supplies no reason at all and simply means exactly, or I know, right. The extra consonant only adds casualness.
