An archaic connective for making a proclamation, kept alive today only for grand effect, and it always leads into whatever is being proclaimed. Four of the five lines here are one channel's monthly announcement formula, declaring something to fans around the world, and the fifth is a rock lyric declaring something to all the people. Treat it as a stylistic flourish rather than grammar you will need.
