Old-fashioned 'I wonder…'
-누 ends a question you are asking yourself, in a bemused, old-fashioned voice: 러시아가 언제 여기까지 왔누..? 'when did Russia get all the way over here, I wonder?' and 살이 가득 차 있겠누~ 'this must be packed with meat.' It sounds like an old man muttering, so younger speakers use it as a costume, often in captions. A few lines here (하누, 눈뎅, 벙찐 '누') just contain the syllable.
