Re-firing a question, impatiently

The same quoting ending as 냐고, but left at the end of the line instead of feeding into 'I asked', and that changes what it does. It re-fires a question you already asked, with the impatience of not having been answered: 'Who is it?!', 'Why can't we get on?', 'Why are you suddenly saying that?'. It can also pose a question rhetorically so you can answer it yourself, as in the line asking whether they've got something special and replying 'Yeah!'. Adding 요 makes it polite without taking off the edge.
