Archaic court humility inside a verb

-옵- is an old deferential piece slipped into a verb before the ending, turning 드립니다 into 드리옵니다 'I humbly present.' Today it survives in historical dramas, prayers, and jokes where someone plays at addressing a king: 네, 전하! 당첨자 발표를 부탁드리옵니다. Every solemn-sounding line here is that kind of performance, not ordinary politeness. (혼자옵서 in one line is Jeju dialect, a separate thing.)

Register: archaic, sageuk or joking
