You said that, did you not?

It brings up something the listener said earlier and holds them to it, usually with a complaint attached: you said to leave it, you said to play it real, this is supposed to be a bacon egg and cheese. It expects confirmation rather than new information, so the tone is challenging or teasing. The polite version is 라면서요, and 라면서 does the same job in a longer shape.
