A squeezed-down "which is called" that sits between a quote and the noun it labels: '기억'이라는 단어 is "the word 'memory'", <우리의 시간은 여기서부터>라는 전시 is "an exhibition titled 'Our Time Starts From Here'", 여자라는 걸 is "the fact that we're women". It also carries reported commands into a noun phrase: 하라는 일 is "the work you were told to do", 차려달라는 거 is "asking them to set it up". Think of it as 라고 하는 with the middle worn away. When the thing being labelled is a full statement rather than a noun, the parallel form is -다는.
