I'm telling you it's that

It repeats a claim about what something is, because the listener is not accepting it: I am telling you, I am not; I said today is a car-free day; I asked for date palms. The form is polite and the tone is impatient, which is exactly the combination it exists for. After an action verb the shape becomes 다니까요.
