North-Korean-flavoured 'do please'

-시라요 is instantly recognizable as North Korean speech, and that is exactly why these lines use it: 말해 보시라요, 경환 동무! 'speak up, Comrade Kyung Hwan!' In the South it is put on for comic effect, to sound like a broadcaster from the North — 또 보시라요 'take another look.' It functions as a polite command, the equivalent of -세요, but nobody uses it straight in ordinary Seoul speech.
