Most of these lines are not grammar: a beeping alarm noise, counting one two three in accented English, a pun on the name Hungary, a slang word for a deal falling through. Two lines do show a genuine archaic ending meaning shall or will, in the line quoting this too shall pass and the one asking what does it matter if it is a flounder. That is a literary form found in proverbs and lyrics, not conversation, and two lines are too thin a basis for a confident entry.
