Not an ending; part of a teasing chant
Every line here is a chant or a nonsense syllable, not a grammatical ending. 얼레리요 꼴레리요 is the Korean playground taunt, roughly the equivalent of 'na-na-na-na-boo-boo', sung when someone is caught out. 늴리리요 is filler singing from folk song, and 얼라리요 is a surprised 'huh?' There is no ending here to explain.
