-랴 lists several demands pulling on one person at once. It comes doubled or tripled, and the sentence lands on how stretched the person is: 다들 공부하랴, 일하랴, 집안일하랴 바빠서 'everyone's busy with studying, working, housework.' It carries sympathy rather than complaint. Two lines here are different: 공든탑이 무너지랴 is a proverb using an old rhetorical 'would it ever collapse?', and 니 신발 사주랴 is an offer, 'shall I buy you shoes?'
