I wonder if... (musing to yourself)

Wonders aloud, half to yourself, about something you cannot settle: though 30 might be tough, which spinach gives us an advantage, is it not a specific brand, where are the others now, when will I stop lying to myself about dieting. It expects no real answer, which is what separates it from an ordinary question. Adding 요 makes it polite, but it stays a piece of thinking out loud.
