Old 'hao' style sentence ending

This is the sentence ending of an older speech style that modern Koreans keep only for costume-drama flavour or for a joke, as in the repeated line meaning I know what you are thinking, and the one about the young lady wearing only one shoe. 옳소, which appears twice here, is frozen as an exclamation, the hear-hear you shout in agreement. One line is a false match where the syllable is simply part of the city name El Paso.
