A southeastern regional ending for commands and exclamations. Its commonest use in these lines is on the verb see: look how hearty it is, look how thick these chips are, would you look at this guy. Those are not real orders to look, they are exclamations of astonishment. Elsewhere it is a genuine instruction with a country flavour, as in the lines telling someone to concentrate or to throw in a little handful. The first line is a false match, where the same syllable is just the word for address.
