As for me, as for us

Attached to a noun it sets that thing apart from others, with a shrug: 'as for us, sure, we're happy about it', 'as for me, I've been filmed plenty already'. Only two of the lines printed here actually show this particle — the rest are the identical-looking plain 'is' ending, which is a different thing entirely. That much we can say; the examples are too thin to pin down its full range, so treat this entry as partial.
